CanbiZ (MickLesk) 81ec696ac5 fix(api): handle nested VM RAM detection gracefully 
- Add || true to dmidecode pipelines to prevent script abort when
  'Configured Memory Speed: Unknown' is returned (no numeric match)
- Fixes #11913 edge case for nested ProxmoxVE VMs
