CanbiZ (MickLesk) 8f557e460d fix(grocy): update PHP version from 8.3 to 8.5 (#12651) 
Grocy now requires PHP 8.5. Update both the install script and the
update function to use PHP 8.5 instead of 8.3.

Closes #12647
