Use explicit LibreNMS name in update messages

Replace generic ${APP} placeholders with the explicit name 'LibreNMS' in ct/librenms.sh update script messages to produce clearer logs. Also perform minor whitespace cleanup (remove extra blank lines) around the backup and fetch/deploy steps.
