chrikodo a3d42dba45 fix(n8n): Add python3-setuptools dependency for Debian 13 (#9007) 
Fixes ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils'
during sqlite3 compile on Python 3.12+ (Debian 13)
by adding the required setuptools package.
