karakeep: pin Node.js to 22 LTS, avoid Node 24.19 better-sqlite3 crash

dryrun was listed but is gone from core: it intercepted only the
silent() wrapper, so pct create ran anyway and the container was built.
net and timing were missing, as was the picker that dev_mode without a
flag now opens.
