fix(wishlist): pin pnpm to v10 to match engine requirements

Wishlist requires pnpm ^10 (engines.pnpm field in package.json).
Installing pnpm@latest (11.x) causes ERR_PNPM_UNSUPPORTED_ENGINE
during pnpm install --frozen-lockfile.
