Drop the scripts base pin from every ct/ script ( #17585 )

ProxmoxVE is the engine's default scripts base as of community-scripts/core#76 ,
so the pin no longer changes anything.

Scripts: use shared core bootstrap for next 115 Script Batch ( #16951 )

Replaces the misc/build.func bootstrap with the two-root core loader.
No other change: the engine contract (var_*, update_script, start,
build_container, description) is identical on both engines.
