* Add zerobyte (ct)

* Refactor zerobyte.sh to streamline Node.js setup

Removed redundant NODE_VERSION setup for Node.js during the build process.

* Update note to include FUSE pre-configuration detail

* Update date_created from 2026-02-18 to 2026-02-25

* Update zerobyte-install.sh
